Day 2 – 30 Day Yoga Challenge

This morning I woke up at 6:45 excited to do my morning yoga. – Morning Yoga for Flexibility

I felt calmer throughout the day and happier. 

This afternoon I did: 

Yoga for a Strong Core

Loosen up the Hips with Tara Stiles

De-stress Yoga

Before bed I will do Before Bed Time Yoga.
